De Middelburgse saxofonist en jazzliefhebber Martijn Kapel (40) is the new chairman of the Zeeland Jazz festival. Alongside Kapel, Georges Menges (64) has taken on the role of penningmeester. The festival is now seeking additional board members to help organize the jazz festival in Middelburg and Terneuzen.
